Attendance Policy
Chorus Attendance Register

Rehearsals
- Attendance by members at rehearsals is to be marked on the register board
weekly.
- Members who are aware they may be absent for a rehearsal are to mark the
register board accordingly:
- AP (apologies)
- H (holidays)
- If for any reason members are unable to attend a rehearsal due to
circumstances beyond their control, they are to let the Chorus Registrar know
as soon as possible, either by e-mail or
telephone.
Concerts
- Anticipated attendance for a concert is to be marked on the Register
Boards within the first three weeks of the concert's rehearsals.
- Members who are unable to attend a concert but previously indicated they
could, are to inform the Chorus Registrar as soon as possible.
- In line with the Society's Code of Practice for
the Chorus, should a member miss more than two rehearsals for a concert,
the conductor will have the final say whether that member can perform in the
concert.
- Chorus members are expected to participate in all concerts.
